Hi there!
I am so glad that you decided to stop by our little site! I hope you come back often to visit and see all the new things we have to offer.

As you can tell, I am the 'older' of the two owners of this site. I have been crafting for well over 40 years.  I started sewing when I was old enough to use my grandmothers old treddle sewing machine.  My mom wouldn' t let me use the regular machine because she was afraid I would sew one of my fingers. (Actually , I did it with the treddle machine, but I never told my mom! I was afraid she would not let me sew any more if I did.)  I won a first place ribbon in the 4th grade for an apron I sewed for 4-H, after that I was hooked on sewing and crafts!

My day job is drawing maps using specialized GIS software and I have been doing that for about 13 years.  I am what most would call a Jack of All Trades.  I have dabbled in just about everything that I could use my creativity. For instance, I can refinish a car - which includes body work and painting the car and replacing carpets and headliners. I am not a mechanic though - I will leave that to someone else! I have done carpentry work, shingled houses, used my drafting skills to design houses and helped my husband with cabinetry.  I design it,  and he builds it.  I am also an avid photographer and digital artist.

I am hoping that this site will allow me to showcase my creativity, as well as impart some words of wisdom from all my years of "trial and error". I have always had a strong faith in God and I hope to share that here as well.

So, there you have it!  Please come back and visit us again soon! May the Lord keep you and bless you!
Hi! Well I am the youngest of the two owners and probably the most adventurous (Ha Ha)! I am currently in college, working part time, and married to an absolutely wonderful man that the Lord has blessed me with.  I have always enjoyed crafting and it is something I have been exposed to since I was a child. My husband, Carrel, is also quite creative and between the two of us we manage to come up with some neat ideas. When it comes to crafting I am stronger in the department that does not include sewing…I leave that up to Sandra.

I enjoy drawing, painting, and all sorts of crafts that require a lot of hands on attention. My husband is a carpenter and I did take several AG classes in high school so I can be of help to him as well.

I enjoy cooking and always have. My parents started teaching me how to cook when I was a small child. I would stand in a kitchen chair so I could reach the top of the stove. I am always looking for new recipes, ideas, and I am always experimenting! I am a Christian and I have been for most all of my life. I was saved at a very early age in my childhood and was practically born and raised in church. I love serving the Lord and He has been so good to me! He will do to depend on! I hope that through our newsletters and our web site that you will not only find things you may want or may be useful to you but I also hope that you will receive a blessing. Thank you for visiting our site and reading our blogs. God Bless You!
